1. Overview
At Kishoresons, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel your order. Therefore, we offer a simple 24-hour cancellation policy or until the product is shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Eligibility
You can cancel your order in the following situations:
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, or
- The order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
Important:
Once your order is shipped and the tracking ID is generated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
However, after receiving the product, you may initiate a return (if eligible) as per our Return Policy.
3. How to Cancel an Order
You can easily cancel your order by following these steps:
- Email Request:
Send an email to info@kishoresons.store with:- Your Order ID
- Registered Email or Mobile Number
- Reason for cancellation
- Website Request:
If you have an account on our website, go to My Orders → Cancel Order (available only if your order is still in the “Processing” stage).
Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
When your order is successfully cancelled, refunds will be processed as follows:
A. Prepaid Orders
- If you paid online (via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking), the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
B. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, since no payment was made online, there will be no refund unless the payment was collected in advance.
- If the product was shipped before cancellation, you can refuse delivery when it arrives, and the order will be automatically marked as cancelled.
5. Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once the order is shipped:
- The order cannot be cancelled as the item is already in transit.
- You may still initiate a return after receiving the product, following the Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned and passes the quality check.
6. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following types of orders cannot be cancelled once placed:
- Final sale items, marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Last Chance.”
- Customized or made-to-order products, including personalized embroidery, size alterations, or design changes.
- Orders placed during special promotional events or limited-time offers (unless specified otherwise).
These exclusions are due to the customized nature of such products or promotional pricing limitations.
7. Automatic Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled by Kishoresons under the following circumstances:
- Payment failure or verification issues.
- Unavailability or out-of-stock items.
- Invalid or incomplete shipping address.
- Technical errors during checkout.
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
8. Important Notes
- Cancellation requests made after the shipping process has started will not be accepted.
- Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
- Kishoresons reserves the right to reject frequent or fraudulent cancellation requests to prevent misuse of this policy.
