1. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or product replacement of the same category.
- The exchange policy is valid only once per order.
- Exchange is accepted only after you place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return request for the old one.
2. How to Exchange Your Product
To make your exchange smooth and quick, please follow these steps:
i) Place a New Order
- Visit our website www.kishoresons.store and purchase the new item you wish to receive in exchange.
- Keep a note of your new order ID.
ii) Request a Return for the Old Order
- Go to your KishoreSons account → Orders → Return Request and select the item you wish to return.
- Choose “Return for Exchange” as your reason.
iii) Email Us Both Order Details
- Send us an email at info@kishoresons.store with the following:
- Previous Order ID
- New Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Our team will verify both orders and confirm your exchange eligibility.
iv) Refund/Adjustment
- Within 1–2 business days, once verified, our team will initiate the difference amount adjustment.
- If applicable, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy, which you can reviewed on our website.
3. Exchange Terms & Conditions
- The exchange will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility.
- If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll need to pay the price difference while placing the new order.
- If the exchanged item costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted.
- The exchange process is subject to product availability.
4. Non-Exchangeable / Excluded Items
For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Socks and personal accessories
- Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or discounts
- Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
5. Shipping Costs
- We will not be charging for the return.
- We will provide free return pickup or reimburse reasonable courier charges.
6. Refunds Related to Exchange
- Refunds for exchange-related differences (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
