We make every effort to ensure that each product meets our quality standards and reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy provides you with a simple and transparent process.

2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:
A. Eligible Returns
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- The item is returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The product is not a final sale or customized item (see Section 3 below).
- The item is not damaged, stained, or altered after delivery.
- A valid order ID and proof of purchase is provided.
B. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Last Chance”)
- Customized or altered products made to specific measurements or personalization requests
- Innerwear, lingerie, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or negligence
3. Return Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

- Photo(s) of the product and its packaging (for verification)
Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
4. Return Process
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return experience:
- Submit Return Request:
Send your return request to info@kishoresons.store within 5 days of delivery. - Verification:
Our support team will verify the eligibility and respond with approval or disapproval. - Pickup/Shipping:
- If approved, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partner (where serviceable).
- In case your pin code is not serviceable, you will need to self-ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
- Quality Check:
Once we receive the returned item, it undergoes a quality inspection.- If the item passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed.
- If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, or tag removed), it will be returned back to you.
5. Refund Process
A. Refund Mode
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
- If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
B. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned item passes quality checks, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
C. Deductions
- Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If you self-ship the product, Kishoresons will reimburse up to ₹100 as a return shipping cost (upon valid proof).
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow this process:
- Return the existing item by following the return procedure above.
- Place a new order for the desired item or size on our website.
- Once your returned product is received and approved, we will:
- Match the price for the same item if the new size or variant is priced differently, and
- Refund or adjust the difference accordingly.
This ensures a faster and more transparent exchange experience for our customers.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We strive to deliver products in perfect condition.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kishoresons.store with clear images of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The invoice label
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, as applicable, at no extra cost to you.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
9. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Refunds will only be processed after successful quality verification.
- Repeated return requests for the same customer may be reviewed to prevent policy misuse.
- Customized and final sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
